Ex-Demo

As an ex-demo item it may have minor cosmetic blemishes¹, scuff marks, and very minor scratches. These will not interfere with the functioning of the product. Refurbished

Factory Refurbished means that the item has been thoroughly checked by technicians and is fully functional. The item is likely to have obvious cosmetic blemishes² and scratches that will not interfere with the functioning of the product. Colour Purity

A television with a colour purity problem will display blotches of discoloration on the screen. These are usually confined to the outer portion of the screen.

The external appearance of these sets will vary from "Repacked" to "Refurbished". That is, the television does not have a specific external appearance rating, but will belong to one of the Star rating categories (see above for more information).

The item has been thoroughly checked by technicians and is fully functional (apart from the colour purity problem).
